About the artwork:
With support from Coventry City Council, Juneau Projects have been imagining the creatures that might emerge from the Coventry Canal in the future. They’ve hosted pop-up workshops in public spaces up and down the canal, working with local residents as well as three local primary schools.
About the artists:
Juneau Projects is a long-term collaboration between artists Philip Duckworth and Ben Sadler. Their work incorporates a wide range of media and often involves other people in the process of making it. Juneau Projects work with technology in a creative way, such as producing interactive artwork and controllable visuals, custom software audio effects, and using laser-cutting and 3D printing alongside more traditional methods of artistic production such as painting and drawing.
